Day 1-3: Accra

Day 7-9: Santiago
Arrive at Praia International Airport (Nelson Mandela International Airport). Check into your hotel in Praia, the capital city.
Explore the historical Cidade Velha, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Highlights include the Royal Fortress of São Felipe and the old town square. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant serving Cape Verdean specialties like cachupa.
Visit the bustling Assomada Market in the town center. It’s one of the largest markets in Cape Verde, where you can find everything from fresh produce to traditional crafts. Hike in the Serra Malagueta National Park for panoramic views and unique flora.
Take a day trip to Fogo Island. Visit the Pico do Fogo volcano, hike to the crater rim, and explore the charming town of São Filipe. Return to Praia. Try another local culinary spot, perhaps specializing in seafood.
Day 10-11: Boa Vista
